Nevada Common-Interest Community Manual

The purpose of the Nevada Common-Interest Community Manual is to explain – in the context of state law – what associations are, how they are governed, how to perform common tasks relating to them, how to use Ombudsman services and where to find additional information. It provides a summary of applicable laws, but focuses mainly on NRS 116, NAC 116, and other statutes and regulations that pertain expressly to homeowners associations.

NOTE: This manual will reflect 2011 legislative changes where applicable and upon effective date. For a preview and summary of all changes from the 2011 Legislative Session that pertain to common-interest communities, click here.
