Notice:

Candidates for the board of directors of a Nevada homeowners association are required by law (NRS 116.31034) to make certain disclosures in writing to the association, along with their candidacy information. The disclosures are distributed along with the ballots. The Office of the Ombudsman has prepared the following statement as a template to be used by homeowners associations conducting elections to ensure candidates fulfill their required disclosures. Associations are not required to use this statement, but their executive board candidates must comply with NRS 116.31034.  Candidacy Disclosure
