Investigator Hours

An individual with a dispute regarding a homeowners association or community manager in Nevada may speak with an investigator from the Compliance Section of the Real Estate Division. The division investigates possible violations of NRS 116, NRS 116A or NRS 116B, among other chapters of Nevada real estate law.

 

In Las Vegas, the Division takes appointments and walk-ins:

9:00am - 11:00am & 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Tuesdays through Thursdays only

Appointments are processed first.
