Online Renewal System: Common Issues#1 - Can't retrieve username and password.Sometimes the system has trouble retrieving usernames and passwords when a suffix has been added to the end of the license number. To avoid this problem, leave the License Number field blank. If you still have trouble, contact the Licensing Department at 702-486-4033 - Option 1. #2 - The NEXT button does not advance to the next screen.You are accessing the system with an unsupported browser (i.e, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) Use Internet Explorer of Netscape instead. #3 - Error message: No renewal questions were answered.If you quit in the middle of a transaction, you might receive this error message the next time you login. If so, call the Licensing section to have the previously interrupted transaction deleted. Then, close your browser and login again. You will be required to re-answer the questions. #4 - Don't know what to enter in the 'Card Verification Value' field. This field should contain the 3-digit security code on the back of your credit/debit card.
