TIMESHARE AGENT LICENSE
A
Provisional license is issued to the applicant that has not
received a full background report. Once the Provisional
Timeshare license or full Timeshare License is received by the project broker, the applicant is allowed to conduct
timeshare sales or solicitations in accordance with the NRS/NAC
119A. A receipt of the application and application fee does not
constitute an issued license.
Applicants must:

Show proof of a 14 hour
NRS/NAC 119A time share course.

Show proof of passing the
time share agent exam within one year of the application

or www.psiexams.com.

Show proof of electronic
finger printing (see list of vendors form #619) or
provide two fingerprint cards and a cashier check or
money order for $45.00 made payable to the Department of
Public Safety. Fingerprint results are good for
one year.

Provide a complete
application form #519 and the
application fee of $175.00 in exact change or check made
payable to the Nevada Real Estate Division.

Provide a statement signed by the project broker to the
validity of the applicant's reputation and attest that a
background investigation was conducted by a reputable
source.

Provide copy of background report conducted at the request
of the timeshare project.
A
Time Share Agent license is issued for a two year period and
requires 6 hours of continuing education upon renewal of an active
or inactive license.
